Subject : Draft seniority list of PS Group B Officers as on 01.04.2017- reg.

Sir / Madam,

I am directed to enclose herewith a draft seniority list of P.S. Group B Officers as on 01.04.2017 and to request that any omissions/ addition/ change in seniority in the list may be intimated to this Directorate latest by 25.03.2019

2. In this regard it is also stated that this contains the list of 960 officer's whereas the strength of the cadre is 866, Out of these officers some might have taken ARS/ got promoted/ expired/ might not have joined after promotion.

3. You arc also requested to verify the following information with respect to PS Group B officers

of your Circle/Unit and intimate the changes if any in respect of the followings

(i) Name of the officer

(ii) Date of Birth

(lii) Category (whether SC/ST)

(iv) Date of joining in PS Group B on regular basis.

(v) Circle

(vi) Remarks, if any.

3, The report in respect of your circle may be furnished latest by 25,03.2019 so a.s to enable this

office to proceed with the I)PC for JTS Gr. ‘A’ , In case no cmnmunication is received by the above

mentioned date it wall be treated as Nil report.
