Sub: Non-payment of RPLI renewal premium incentive to the Salesforce - reg.

This is with reference to DO No. PLV/RPLI/Renewal Incentive/2009-17 dated 01.05.2024 regarding non-payment of renewal premium incentive to Gramin Dak Sevaks/Departmental Employee for RPLI policies procured during the period between 01.09.2009 to 30.06.2017.

2. In context to the above, it is to convey that the matter under reference has already been taken up with the vendor for necessary provision in the system. In the meanwhile, Circle may make due payment of the incentive to the eligible salesforce manually. A proper record thereof should be maintained at CO/RO/DO levels for future reference and reconciliation, if any required. Additionally, guard against double payment must be ensured.

3.This issues with the approval of competent authority.
