Promotion of Inspector Line official in Postal Services Group B cadre in level 9

ORDER

In continuation of this Department of Orders of even number dated 04.05.2023 and 26.12.2023, approval of the Competent Authority is hereby conveyed for promotion of following Inspector line officials in Postal Services Group 'B' cadre in Level-9 of Pay Matrix (Rs.53, 100-1,67,800/-) on regular basis against vacancy year 2023:

2. General Condition: In case of officer (s), who is not willing to accept his/her regular promotion, his/her declination letter in writing duly forwarded by the Circle office should reach this Directorate within 30 days of issue of this order.

3. The regular promotion of the above officials is subject to the Para 5 of this Department order of even number dated 04.05.2023. Therefore, the conditions laid in the said order shall be followed strictly.

4. Other terms and conditions as mentioned in the order No. 9-10/2022-SPG-II dated 04.05.2023 would be remain unchanged.

Subject:- Regarding Adhoc Circle Convener of Bhartiya Postal, RMS, Administrative Supervisors (Gr. B) Association.

Madam/Sir,
It has come to the notice of Directorate that Bharatiya Postal, RMS, Administrative Supervisor (Gr. B) is being appointing Adhoc Circle Convenor of the Association in Postal Circles and also requesting Circle authorities to provide them Trade Union Facilities.

2. In this regard, it is to inform that Department is providing Trade Union Facilities only to recognized Service Associations and some specific facilities to BPEF and its affiliated Associations.

3.As on date there is no such category of Association for Supervisors in the Department. Hence, Trade Union Facilities to the Bharatiya Postal, RMS, Administrative Supervisor (Gr. B) shall not be provided to any convenor of the Association.

4. This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
