Sub': Draft Seniority List in the grade of J.E. (Electrical) at all India level as on 01.01.2019 for incumbents joined in the grade after 28.12.2005 in the Department of posts.

SEs were requested to provide year of examination (SSC or any other through which candidates were recruited), date of joining in the JE (E) Grade, rank secured in the examination apart from other delails to draw seniority at All India Level. But SEs have provided incomplete detail because of which it is not possible to draw the seniority list.
However, the information furnished by the SEs has been complied in tabular form in the enclosed Annexure giving details of the information furnished as well as the details which are missing and therefore, the names are not in order of their seniority. All the SEs are requested to circulate all officers and receive the representation on any omission/deletion etc. and complete the missing entries in reference to their Electrical Circle for drawing the Seniority List latest by 15.04.2019.
