Sub- Request to issue general orders reiterating the orders of  Directorate on stopping of outsource arrangements 

Most of the divisional heads are engaging the outsourcing officials. As per DoPT, Department of posts instructions, no work should he entrusted to outsourced persons. Further, engagements of temporary, casual, outsourced employees are banned and it has been communication to all the SPOs. But, they indulge in hide and seek game. Further, the divisional heads already instructed to stop outsourcing immediately. 

Therefore, it is requested to issue general orders reiterating the orders cal Directorate On stopping of outsource arrangements.
